Oil seals
Ocean has more than 1200 types of oil seals and is one of the main oil seal manufacturers in China. There are punching lines, metal case treatment lines, vacuum vulcanization lines and the test equipment which make sure of the production ability and quality. Besides, Ocean has conducted thorough study on characteristics of the materials of NBR, ACM, MVQ, FKM, HNBR, PTFE etc. and has much production experience on them. For all of this, Ocean is also able to produce any seals according to customers' samples.
NBR£¬ ACM£¬ SILICON OIL SEAL
OCEAN oil seal of NBR, ACM, MVQ material are used for VW, CITROEN, PEUGEOT, TOYOTA, HONDA, NISSAN, HUNDAI, KIA etc. with main constructures of TC, TB, HTC, HTCL, HTCR and so on.
VALVE STEM OIL SEAL
The valve stem seal is assembled on the duct of the exhaust valve to prevent overfull lubricating oil from entering the Combustion Chamber. It can reduce amassment of carbon on the to improve the performance of the engine and reduce the environmental pollution of waste gas and save lubricating oil.
FKM OIL SEAL
Adopting the patent of special threads(hydrodynamic ribs) and mini lip structure, fluorin oil seal is widely used in automotive engine, power steering pumps etc. Using bisphenol vocalization system makes fluorin oil seal resist to 250¡æ high temperature.
PTFE OIL SEAL
PTFE oil seal is used in engine crankshaft, steering gear, gear box and other machine. It can be also used in plenty kinds of medium to seal water, alkali, acid, etc. according to customers special requirements.
Engine Oil Seal
Mounted on the front/back of a crank shaft of an engine, it perfectly seals the engine oil inside in both high temperature and RPM, and increases durability
Power Steering Seal
Mounted on the power steering gear box under high-pressure environment, it has an integrated structure with back up ring inserted to reinforce sealing.
Transmission seal
Mounted on the outside of mission, it seals against right, left rotation of the shaft, and transmission through dust prevention from outside.
Hub bearing/Axle Seal
Assembled in the wheel drive part of an automobile, it prevents dust from coming in from outside and grease on the inside of bearing from discharging.
Shock Absorber Seal
Located in Shock/Absorber inside, one of suspension systems for an automobile, it plays a role to stand the internal pressure during reciprocation of a rod and prevent noise, oil leakage and dust from outside.
