Automotive Timing belts
Ocean automotive timing belt uses Neoprene or HNBR as main rubber material, fiberglass or aramid cord as reinforcement material; adopts advanced German material assortment and technique standards. The belt has the advantage of full specification, neat appearance, plump teeth, steady transmission, low noise and long servece life etc.
Features:
1. Backing fiber is composed of high durable textile of nylon 66 which prolongs the wear lifetime under high temperature.
2. Tension member is of
high
strength fiberglass/aramid fiber with
low
elongation and dynamic strength loss which ensures the premium working state of the belt and pulley for long time.
3. Tooth rubber is of CR or HNBR which improves the resistance to shearing and aging.
4. Working condition: multi-transmision(-40¡æ¡«150¡æ)
5. Special design of tooth profile ensures longer lifetime, lower noise and larger load.
